"Our flagship beer Paragon is always brewed with the exact same recipe, over the years we have aged in Broubon barrels and this year we did it again... with Jim Beam Barrels. Paragon 23 has resided one year in these white oak barrels with a high amount of char, giving some pretty awsome taste, we can describe it best as a Kentucky Hug.. we think it's a great year for our Paragon.
